Ive been trying to cancel a policy for months now. Every time I call I get a run around, sleezy sales tactics, and they literally hang up on me!!!!

Ive been hung up on while on hold at least 6 times and on the final call when I begged the lady to pleaaase cancel my policy she finally stopped trying to sell me on another policy, said I was all set, then hung up on me!

*** ARTISTS. You would be much better off just saving your monthly payment and having a little nest egg when you need it.

I recently cancelled a life policy. had to submit the request in writing, it's the law.

no problem at all. also, one of my kids turned 18 so he was able to get his own accident policy.

I dropped him from mine but again it was done in writing. Easy and simple.

I agree. I have been having a problem cancelling as well.

I'm certain this is done on purpose. I did have someone call and try to sell me additional insurance.

When I told them I wanted to cancel, they claimed they needed their supervisor to call me. I haven't heard from them yet, and I still haven't been able to contact them myself to cancel.

They are not permitted to do this . You should file a complaint to the FSCO if you are in Ontario or la Chambre de la Securite Financiere if you are in Quebec.

My experience with this company is that they are crooked.

Agents can't cancel your policy. It's illegal.

only you can do it.

call customer service to get the mailing address and send a letter. it's for your protection.

Why don't you just inform the bank not to accept the ach withdrawals? Problem solved.

NO!

Not in CASER!

Not if you have your Bank Account in a Spanish Bank and Totally Impossible if you have it in IBERCAJA.

This "mafia" - CASER belongs to IBERCAJA Group - keep a "close circle" to make sure that you will TRAPPED for life!

Plus they LIE in the sense that they sell you a BAD product for the cost of a 1st. Class one.

PEOPLE, DO NOT BUY ANY INSURANCE TO CASER AND BE VERY CAREFUL WITH IBERCAJA GROUP!!!

:(

just close your account and open one at another bank.

Cause they will keep withdrawing slightly different amounts, couple of pennies. Only way is to change your acct number altogether
