I am currently an agent fro Combined and I have found that all of their commission statements are unreadable -- I truly believe that there intentionally make them difficult to read and understand so that they can take commissions due agents and keep the money for the company. There are fees and deductions that are not explained, commissions taken away with no explanation etc.

I am getting out as soon as I can - to find a company that pays its agents what they deserve.

DON'T work for Combined -- you will lose money, have long hours and definitely feel cheated.

Monetary Loss: $2000.

I just signed a policy for combined insirance and am dubious about it. The agents knocked at my door and I signed it right thena nd there.

I'm a little doubtful because they said that I am not able to make my payments online, that it is outomatic payment from the bank account. So i gave them my bank account #.

I dont think I did the right thing giving my account number to complete strangers..I was so confused, but then after reading these reviews I think I will cancel the policy as soon as I can. I dont wanna take the risk of fraud.

Maybe you should learn how to READ!!!!!

I worked for CICA for nearly 6 years and loved every minute of it. I changed careers not for any bad reasons but because of family reasons.

It disapoints me to see the negative comments from a policy owner to a rep. If you are having trouble understanding your stmts, then simply ask you DM or SM to explain it. They never cheated me out of anything. It was a close knit family type organization, I have life long friends from working there.

Also there is so much support and life changing experiences that I will forever have and cherish. As far as an unpaid claim you can never convince me of that. If your claim wasn't paid it's for 1 of 2 reasons. A.)Your policy didn't cover the incident or B.)You didn't file your claim properly.

I have hand delivered hundreds of claims to customers through the years some for over a hundred thousand dolars.

This is a company that you can earn an incredible living with and help people in the process.

I am sorry for your bad experience but, truse me when I say they are the best and their track record proves it. Both for the employee and the consumer...

And I am proud to have worked there.

Why don't you speak to someone who can explain the retention account statement to you?!

these people with the good are definetly liars ,i am a 20 year policy holder and they are very dishonest in everything they do .i bet if you seeked out these people they would be the worst contributers to our society!yall should be ashamed of yourself!

After 16 yrs with the company, I think that what I've got to say should have some merit, right?? As with any other sales commission company, Combined Ins is only what YOU make it.

You can learn the business, go out and apply it or look for reasons to fail. It's like looking into the mirror and trying to lie to the person looking back at you. If you start from within yourself and learn the information and then ACTUALLY "go to work" and engage in the activities, you'll be succesful. It's not hard to earn $50,000/yr your first or second in the business.

I know that's a fact because I did that back in 1994 in North Dakota...

my first year. Overall, it's a good company for people that are self directed and want the right tool to succeed financially.

I am a new agent with combined and its been a real pleasure working for this company my tm has given me more guideance than my own father they really want you to do well and they show it im lovin life right now.

I'm currenty working for combined, and hating every minute of it. I have made $79 in the past 2 weeks, and worked about 120hours to earn all that cold hard cash.

My experience has been disorganized, and mishandled from the second I was hired. I was left at the airport with no drive to my hotel, which was 36km away, though the company was supposed to set this up. I was supposed to be on the "guaranteed salary" to help me out for the first 8 weeks I was working, but it was mysteriously never sent through, two times, leaving me with no income! I'm getting out as soon as possible.

I don't know how this company expects people to sell a product to customers who don't want to buy! Find a real job, don't work for combined insurance!

CAN YOU NOT READ :grin

Those reports are simple to read. You more than likely have a low quality rating and have alot of charge backs because you just go sale and really do not take care of the customer. You take losses mostly because you push too Hard!

ez to make 100k by having 20 agents work for you

SPARKY when was the last time you applied for a job ? particularly a commission based one.

SSN- common for any job. Job placement (I.Q. test) first of all its not an IQ test second of all its common ive taken dozens of them for differnt companies in different industries. a job like this has a steep learning curve they want to make sure you can keep up.

otherwise it would be a waste of both your time and theirs. prizes ok thats a little hokey but ever verizon telecom gives out prizes for sales somone was just excited about the earning potential and was triying to show you. That was always one of the first things i told people about my job with verizon. showing you paystubs- they do that alot to yes its a little corney but honestly even with the paystubs you had to be a little scepticall about earning almost 6 figures your first year.

imagine how skeptical people would be without that. and im sure they had that other employee's permission. the money and amount of travel. that is covered in the second interview.

as it is with alot of companies. these guys are busy and the first interview is designed to find out if you are right for them. the second is to see if they are right for you. thats when they go over it all.

you just let some confused nut job talk you out of an amazing opertunity because he cant read his paystub and probably is too stuborn to ask. if he thinks he can right a policy that the clients dont keep for a year and still keep the commisson on a years worth of premiums he's crazy. get the policy right and dont sell them stuff they dint need and cannot afford and he would be living happy. altho he didnt say how much the paychek was still for either.

he could be some *** earning 1500 a week and complaining that he is missing 200-300 because of charge backs. some charge backs happen get over it and move on you should still make plenty of money.

I just started with the company, and i love it.the paystubs are easy if you pay attention to trainer, and the income potential is phenomonal.I am making more money than ever before. The deductions out of your check that u don't understand are called chargebacks, those go back to customer for not being qualified by under writing.my advise would be to write more quality apps and get a better pma attitude with clients..income will increase greatly..

Guest

thats right if you cant figure out whats combined is saying go back to school cause you need help.

Guest

i worked for combined for over six years and i love it.the pay stubs are a little hard to figure out at first but i have it under control. you can just ask your administrator if you have trouble.my monthly residuals are over $4000.

i would never want to work for wages again. it is like this, you will get out of it what you personaaly put into it.

i worked hard at first and now i work smarter not harder. I really love the career!!!!!
