as a followup to this in today's mail I received a bill from combined insurance for $156. for my premium as well as my son who got a bill for the the same amount.

this was for 2 policy's that we cancelled in 2013. This was the same company who couldn't see where I tried to put in a claim in 2013 and then when they didn't do anything I cancelled the policy as well as my son's. now in 2018 i asked why they didn't honor my wish to cancel in 2013 yet when we cancelled again in 2018 to a Sandra Wells in the PRESIDENTS office now we still have active policies. Both bills were mailed to my son in separate envelopes where is the privacy protocal that insurances are to follow?

I tried to call The Chubb group corporate office to see if i can get this matter behind me and they told me they don't own Combined yet on Combined website it states they are a Chubb company. TO SAVE YOU A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I WOULD ADVISE NOT PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM COMBINE OR CHUBB

I'm not pleased with how agents are treated. I was just signed and really you just just wipe them off the face of the earth.

My agent was canned without notice!!! I may rethink if I'm going to keep my current policy with combined insurance. If you treat a new agent like that how would you treat a customer with needs. Poor!!!

Poor!!! Business internally!!!! How about keeping to your word helping new agents out when they are having a rough time. Hey!

When you first started you had some bumps in the road I'm sure!!' It's called teamwork!!! Come on quit treating others wrongly!!!

IF your claim is legitimate you WILL get paid. First, where is your discharge form from the emergency room?

(not a doctor's note.) You need them IF you want to get paid your $100. That's your proof IF you went to the emergency room within 48 hours of the accident. Second, did you fill out a claim form to state the date and time the accident occurred, the nature of the injury and where when and how it happened? You really need an agent to help you.

I only wish I was there. I'd make it happen for you.

Keep in mind, if you were an insurance company you would request the same. Especially if your intention is to stay in business as long as Combined has been in business which has been since 1922.
