Combined Insurance - Combined should be called useless insurance

had sickness and injury policy only injury payed lost wages. Had a shoulder injury torn rotator cuff and torn bycep had surgery thinking I was covered they said only covered under sickness because of some excuse and didn’t pay lost wages so went months no income screwed credit up for me their a complete joke as most insurance companies

Combined Insurance - Refusing to pay a claim

This is the insurance old bait and switch. The force all you doctor fill out paperwork and they review and review for months. And then they dont pay out. Save your money go elsewhere

Right. If you had the accident on August and the insurance started on Sept; you were not covered. It happens that way with all supplemental insurances.

I have sent in my forms three times now and guess what still nothing. Went the the price of your police is due they want it right now but when they owe you bahahahaha it could take months to get what they owe you.

Disability claim is still pending after 65 days of filing. The Hospital sent my medical records 2 weeks ago. Not sure what the hold up is.

I agree that they do not pay as fast as they say they do . They like to hold up claims that are cut and dry by saying they need more information . You go to the ER they treat your accident or illness you submit your paper work that has the diagnosis and what you need to do still they need more ..
