No one will speak to you when there is a problem. Have paid in for 14 years and have filed a claim and got next to nothing. Am going to contact lawyer.

I cancel my policy with combined insurance company last year in September and combined continue to taking my money for an account I cancel and was told by there employer that they saw where I did try to cancel the policy and then another employee said he didn't see it and they sent me a check for 41.19 I want all my money back from the date I try to cancel to now or I will have to report this matter to BBB and a complaint

I put a claim in last month and am still getting 48 hours to complete. I spoke with 2 out of 4 supervisors, and they continue to say 48 hours and to call back days later, and still the same answer: 48 hours and to call back in a couple of days.
So it's like they are not honest with me, and I pay my premium every month. I will not recommend.

- - Cancelled three Combined Insurance policies 1/10/2025 after bad claims experience.
- - Filed claim for outpatient surgery in Nov 2024;denial Jan 10, 2025.
I cancelled my 3 policies that I had with them since 2000, because of they’re deceptive practices.
So after all these years with this company I decided to cancel all 3 policies! And never recommend that anyone buy into this Scam!
Combined you got my money enjoy it because youll never get my business again and never will I recommend your company to anyone again! And tell everyone that I know that has any policies with your company just how you guys operate!!!

I have a cancer policy that I've had since 2006. This company is a joke!
The website is a joke! It takes 30 minutes on the phone to get a person. I have stage 4 cancer. It took 2 months to get a payment.
After that, it took 2 months to get another payment of only $150. I send everything they ask for. Payments have stopped. Their response is always the same!
This process has taken too long and I will email the claims department. I get zero responses every time!

COMBINED INSURANCE IS THE WORST!! JUST CANCELED MULTIPLE POLICIES WITH THEM YESTERDAY.
I'VE BEEN WITH THEM FOR OVER 10 YEARS. I'VE BEEN OUT ON DISABILITY SINCE MARCH 2024 BUT THEY REFUSED TO PAY UP ON MY POLICIES UNLESS I PRESENT THEM WITH A LETTER SAYING THAT I WAS DENIED BENEFITS FROM WORKER'S COMP. I TOLD THEM MULTIPLE TIMES THAT I NEVER APPLIED BECAUSE I HAVE DISABILITY INSURANCE WITH THEM. IT'S BEEN OVER 18 MONTHS AND STILL WAITING.
I HAD 2 DISABILITIES AND 2 ACCIDENTAL ADDING UP TO 3,600 DOLLARS MONTHLY . I CANCELED THEM YESTERDAY BECAUSE I REFUSED TO GIVE THEM ANYMORE OF MY MONEY FOR FREE

An account was opened fraudulently that fameadvice.com is the billing company. After contacting them 7 times via various methods, they have said that the subscription being billed for has been canceled, assured me that no further charges will attempted , and the situation is resolved...
yet 8 more attempts have been made by them to charge various amounts have been made in the last 4 days, of which the last 2 of the charges attempted were made 2 hours prior to while I was actually talking to them & the cherry on top was literally during our conversation about the situation while they were assuring me that they were not charging me any longer.. mind you the whole account was fraudulent and I was continously billed for 5.5 weeks so far after I reported this to them and authorities. Smh.
You can only chat with support 24/7 , send an email which you are supposed to receive a response within 12-24 hours and most issues are resolved within 12 hours( which i sent 3 and have yet to get a response...and it has been over a month since i sent the 1st email), or by phone that I have never been able to speak to anyone just sit on hold forever and ever only to get recording saying they are only available m-f 8-5 eastern time * which all of the calls I made were during those hours *
This has got to be the absolute worst company I have ever had the unpleasant opportunity to deal with!! If I could give them negative stars it would be -100+
