I had the same experience policy holder since 1/5/2017 surgery on 4/15/2018 and was denied my claim stating injury was PRIOR to policy effective date.... Absolutely incompetent company

Pre-existing conditions needs to be disclosed upon signing up a policy or you will not get paid. I suffered from an ankle fracture when I had a bad fall from our stairway in our apartment.

I got hospitalized for 2 days as my blood pressure went up after the accident.

My hypertension was disclosed upon signing the policy and I know for a fact that I will not be paid since they have a 2 year clause for my sickness. However, i did get paid for my fracture 8 days to be exact.

Thus company is a scam. Husband and wife team tactics really suspicious.

Also very pushy and unprofessional. Clothes were dirty. Food on shirt. He sold me policy but said his agent still had to sign but wasnt present.

Turned out to be wife. Last name Johnson. Do not deal with this person. He is very sneaky.

Hate insurance salespeople. Stay away.

I broke my lower molar due to eating cherry. My molar was broken into half causing my cheek and tongue to develop sore. Went to see my dentist and recommended for extraction. I filed my claim to Combined and got paid for all 6 products I have with them which totalled to $2,860.

Thus company is a scam. I left there because if all the lies they tell clients.

The goal is really to sell and take people's money. And then find the next sale. There is no incentive for an agent to help a Client. Agents steal from each other.

Managers will steal from agents. That's commission sales.

Combined Insurance in Plaster Rock, New Brunswick - Combined makes it impossible to cancel policy

My husband canceled his policies in Jun/July of 2017 when he became disappointed with his policies! One of the higher ups came to our home to discuss the situation! Upon the gentleman leaving it was agreed that his policies WERE CANCELED! My husband was told by his financial advisor about a month and half ago he was paying for several policies that were duplicated by two companies! He was shocked as he canceled (he thought) with combined two years ago! We have been waiting for a call back from a manager since! I call almost every day and I keep getting a manager will listen to call ad call you back! Even though he canceled in person two years ago and by phone! Very frustrating! Beware when cancelling!
