I was injured on the job on Jan 04,2018, notified combined of via phone about injury filed a claim as required, received letter from combined on March 7 saying they needed more info from my workman’s Comp Dr. The Dr.

Never received it made contact with combined numerous times March 14,22,26,29,30, April 4,and 9th still no benefits received in form of checks they owe me 4 months had not received a dime!! Bet yet they have no problem deducting their monthly payments terribly disappointed with them!!

I could not agree more with this post! I have called "William Walsh" 4 times regarding our patients claim and not ONE call back. Absolutely worst customer service.
